• 1984-1988 Musical Grammar School Berlin
• 1988-1997 studies in Leipzig, Würzburg and Berlin; principal teacher: Burkhardt Glaetzner
• Guest appearances with Ensemble Modern, Klangforum Vienna, KNM Berlin
• Besides her work as a solo artist, she performs in a duo with Dirk Rothbrust (percussion) and Günter 'Baby' Sommer.
• Numerous collaboratations with dancers, actors and has diverse and ensembles of historical performance practice
